Adding Printful products to your Shopify store is simple once your accounts are connected. This guide will walk you through the process, from selecting products in Printful to syncing them with your Shopify store, so you can start selling right away.

Step 1: Choose Your Product in Printful
In your Printful dashboard, go to the “Catalog” and browse the available products. Select the print-on-demand item you want to add, such as a T-shirt, hoodie or hat.
Step 2: Customize the Design
Use Printful’s design tool to upload your artwork, add text and adjust the placement. Preview your product to ensure it looks the way you want.
Step 3: Set Your Retail Price
Review Printful’s base cost and set a retail price that includes your desired profit margin. Shopify will display this price to your customers.
Step 4: Add Product Details
Enter a clear product title and description. Make sure your description highlights key selling points like material, fit and unique features.
Step 5: Publish to Shopify
Click “Submit to Store” in Printful. Your product will automatically sync to your Shopify store with all images, descriptions and pricing.
Step 6: Organize in Shopify
Once the product appears in your Shopify dashboard, you can assign it to collections, adjust SEO settings and confirm it’s visible in your storefront.
